Shipping Destinations

ClickShus offers worldwide shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries. 

Processing/handling time:

Our payment processing time takes on average 2 - 3 business days,  depending on the payment method and country (clearing of international funds take longer than U. S. Payment)


We do not have inventory. We elaborate according to the orders. However, it could also be affected by the item’s stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5 business to elaborate it.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The shipping varies according to the product and the destination.

Each product can take up to 7-15 business days for delivery in the US and 15-45 business days for international shipments. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

We will notify you when it has been sent.

Items can be sent separately.

Tracking your order:

 As soon as your order has been shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail registered on our shopping site. Please wait few days for appear in the system.

How do I change the shipping address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping / billing address if the package has already been shipped. The shipping address should not be altered after you have finalized the order.

Returned Packed?

ClickShus is not to be held responsible if your package is returned to its place of origin due to error in the address provided or lack of due diligence on  the part of the client.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates will vary depending on your shipping address and/or product. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

I ordered multiple items, but only received one… where’s my order?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way?

Shipping time during public holiday

During week-long Asian holidays, National Day (October 1, 2018) and New Year (February 16, 2018), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-7 days.

Customs & Regulations

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
