Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we will do our best to support your request.

 Address changes:

 Please note we cannot make any address changes when using PayPal checkout as they require we send it to the address entered upon checkout.  

Any other address changes will be subject to approval, as there must be verification that the shipping address requested corresponds to the information of the card holder.

Returned Packed?

ClickShus is not to be held responsible if your package is returned to its place of origin due to error in the address provided or lack of due diligence on  the part of the client.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 7 days after you declare the merchandise. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit in the store. We reserve the right not to give you credit if you return items outside of the terms of our Return Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. All sales are FINAL.

Returns & Exchanges:

ClickShus.com does not issue refunds, only store credits & exchanges.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, go to return section in the support menu.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over the value of $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Only one change per product will be accepted.

RMA Procedure:

ClickShus is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service. 

You may request here a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for Defective Item Exchange or, if you submit your request within 7 days of receipt, which starts from the day you receive the order.

To submit your RMA, email our Customer Service Department to ensure speedy service, please include the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Product name and ClickShus Catalog Number of the item you wish to return.
  3. Reason for requesting a RMA (Defective Item Exchange)

If replacement items are out of stock, item value will be refunded in the form of ClickShus Credit.

Terms & Conditions 

General for all products

  1. All returns must be sent back to our US with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
  2. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
  3. ClickShus will usually reship replacement items using Standard Shipping. ClickShus reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
  4. Items marked as “Final Clearance” are not eligible for Size Exchange, and Unwanted or Unopened Item Return.
  5. ClickShus.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
  6. Coupon discounts as well as shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
  7. ClickShus.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute; ClickShus.com's decision will be final.

Defective Item Exchange

  1. ClickShus.com will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in ClickShus Store Credit within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.
  2. In cases of defective return, ClickShus.com will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.

 

Size Exchange

  1. The client must be sure of the size he chooses. The references are in the Sizes Chart section within each product. https://www.clickshus.com/pages/size-chart. If it is shown that the product corresponds to the published measure, there will be no change.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different locations, experience different travel times and will often arrive on different days.

Refunds are issued in the form of ClickShus.com Credit.

All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be honored on purchases made on or after the sales date.

CLICKSHUS.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN AT ITS DISCRETION, AND TO REVISE THIS RETURN POLICY AT ANY TIME.
